This is the most powerful planet of all... it controls your mood ....the depression is caused by this planet... not many know but it controls all war situations....remm.. Mr Bush deciding on the war with Iraq even after knowing the disastorous results of it...can you imagine yourself knowing that you might either kill 2 million people or would loose as many as by a war without any result & still going for it..it's all in your emotions which is controlled by the moon sign the powerful the planet the stronger the decission any person in the world with a ruling planet of Moon will take decission not by his brain but by emotions..that too for power they dont like play for others
